Project Manager

About the Role:
To support our growth, Wicked Games are building a new team in Europe, in-line with where most of our customers are based.

About the candidate:
This role will require you to manage and coordinate all different steps of the projects from initiation to completion. You will monitor and report project progress and the use of resources against agreed delivery dates and milestones, create and optimize project related documentation and maintain and update the internal documentation processes. This is a key role and you will be responsible for coordinating projects and communicating with numerous stakeholders and most other departments as well as team members from the product department throughout the work process.

Project Manager

Responsibilities:
• Facilitate daily scrums, sprint planning meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospective meetings;
• Organise work in JIRA/Confluence (or similar tools) to create high visibility of team’s work for other stakeholders in company;
• Assist in the development and refinement of product backlogs, ensuring that the team always has an adequate amount of prior-prepared tasks to work on;
• Drive cross-team alignment sessions to coordinate plans and dates;
• Track team performance metrics: velocity, burndown, lead time, SLA success rates etc.;
• Resolve conflicts and issues that occur;
• Maintain a strong commitment to delivery and a sense of urgency to meet and exceed incremental forecasts and overall delivery objectives;
• Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience;
• 3-5 years of previous project management experience within the online gaming industry is strongly desired;
• Ability to communicate complex ideas across multiple teams for technical and non-technical audiences;
• High-level analytical skills and critical thinking;
• Experience working with Game Test Labs to certify new game releases;
• Experience in Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence);
• Strong attention to detail while being able to multitask;
• Prior to working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment;
• English level: Intermediate and higher;
